Term and Conditions
These conditions shall apply to all sales transactions between Golf Depot and any person, firm or company ("the Purchaser") placing an order with Golf Depot for the supply of any goods ("the Goods"). Golf Depot by accepting any order for Goods from the Purchaser agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to purchase such Goods at the price stated on Golf Depot website or order form and on the sole basis of the terms and conditions of Golf Depot stated herein.

Please make a note of the items you wish to order and have your credit or debit card ready when you call.
At Golf Depot we accept the following credit or debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Delta, Solo, Visa Electron and Switch/Maestro. We are unable to accept cash or cheques. We do not offer credit accounts.
Acknowledgement and Acceptance of your Order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.
Price
Prices for Goods include packaging and VAT. The price does not include the delivery of the order to the Purchaser. This is an additional cost.

Secure Online Payment
Golf Depot provides a secure payment system by utilising the services of Protx for all online payments. Payments can be submitted online using protocol 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer), the strongest commercially available level of encryption. The private data of the Purchaser will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit over the Internet. The Purchaser should see a solid padlock in their browser status bar which indicates that the encryption is taking place. Credit card payments can be made using Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch and Solo
Returns and Refunds
If the purchaser does choose to cancel their order they should inform Golf Depot immediately by telephone on +44 (0)1244 390827 or Email info@golfdepot.co.uk to arrange a refund less the outward postage.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your goods if you intend to return them. The goods must be returned in the same saleable condition and will not be accepted where there are signs of use.
Customers are responsible for returning the goods & paying the cost - Please enclose your details & the Order Number which is to be found on your email invoice. We suggest using registered postage, & that customers retain a proof of postage just in case the parcel should fail to be delivered.
If returning from outside the EU please write "Returning unsuitable goods to sender" on the customs form & parcel as we will not receive parcels that encure duty charges.

Damaged / Faulty Goods
If the Goods are damaged / faulty, the Purchaser should contact The Golf Depot within 3 days of receipt of Goods. Damaged Goods must be returned to RETURNS Department, Golf Depot, Unit 3, Sealand Trade Park, Bumpers Lane, Chester, CH1 4LT suitably packaged at the customers' own cost. We suggest using registered postage, & that customers retain a proof of postage just in case the parcel should fail to be delivered.
Golf Depot will replace or refund the items concerned.
